Online-Planning-Guide (OPG)
Digitalisation and globalisation not only open up new opportunities, but also bring challenges: Mature digital and intercultural competences have long been expected on the labour market. However, teaching and learning arrangements that promote these competences are insufficiently available in higher education teaching. Teachers are therefore also confronted with new requirements. This is where the e³Cases project comes in: Teachers need the appropriate guidance to use complex teaching and learning formats in a targeted manner and taking into account the new media channels in order to promote the necessary key competences and strengthen the employability of students.
To this end, an Online Planning Guide (OPG) was developed for cross-site, inter-university and media-based case study use. The OPG was designed with the latest findings in teaching and learning research and on digital, intercultural and collaborative learning environments and tested in a two-stage test procedure with a total of 160 students in learning tandems of two countries. This has resulted in a guide that offers you all the necessary planning and organisational aspects, practical as well as didactic tips for implementation and a checklist. Under the following link you can download and use the OPG for a transnational and media-based use of case studies free of charge:
